CAMP SCHEDULE!

Focus of the Week:

Building confidence, teamwork, and spirit — the R5 way!

Each day highlights our 5 Rs: Resilience, Respect, Reputation, Rigor, and Radiance 🌟

3 Day Camp

  • Monday

    🏅 Monday – Cheer Choreo + Stunting Foundations

    We’ll kick off camp with high-energy team bonding and performance prep!

    • Learn a brand-new cheer dance routine full of sharp motions and team synchronization.

    • Introduce and practice stunting fundamentals — focusing on safety, technique, and confidence building.

    • Work on transitions and timing to start building our mini-performance.

  • Tuesday

    🎨 Tuesday – Cheers, Tumbling & Tie-Dye Fun!

    A creative and skill-building day packed with variety:

    • Learn new sideline cheers and chants to boost energy and projection.

    • Continue working on choreography and stunting progressions.

    • Add tumbling drills appropriate for each athlete’s level (from basics to more advanced skills).

    • End the day with a tie-dye session — each athlete will create their own R5 shirt to wear for Wednesday’s showcase!

  • Wednesday

    ☕ Wednesday – Performance Day + Starbucks Treat

    We’ll wrap up the week with teamwork, polish, and a little celebration:

    • Review all material learned — cheers, dance, stunts, and tumbling — and put it together for a final performance.

    • Mock performance / parent showcase (optional depending on your setup).

    • Team outing to Starbucks for a mid-morning treat!

    (Campers bring their own spending money or R5 can provide a small pre-selected drink option.)
