
CAMP SCHEDULE!
What to expect at camp?
Every day is a chance to build confidence and take your skills to the next level! We believe in pushing our athletes to be their best selves, and that’s why we pack our days with challenging activities like new choreography, stunting, jump technique drills, and hands-on tumbling instruction. We also make sure to prioritize stretching and flexibility to help prevent injuries and improve overall performance. Additionally, our game day workshops will give you the chance to apply what you’ve learned in a fun and competitive environment.
On top of the skills and training you will be learning, we fun activities to look forward to listed below!
3 Day Camp

Monday
On Monday, you’ll get to know your camp counselors and friends, and get introduced to the camp’s activities!

Tuesday
Tuesday, we’ll head over to the farmers market where participants can buy their lunch (optional) as well as learning some tumbling technique!

Wednesday
“On Wednesday’s we wear pink!” we will also be making beaded bracelets!
